Workshops for 2024

April 22, Monday--10:30 am to 3:30 pm with David Gardner AT Yates County Arts Center

Join us for an informative workshop in the Rosenfeld Studio on how to set up and facilitate successful painting outdoors also know as painting en-plein air.  David will instruct students on how to minimize and simplify shapes and capture light and shadows.  After a brief demonstration, students will paint their own imaginative paintings based on principles learned in this class. 

Cost for PYAG members $25, Non-members $50 which will include membership to PYAG

A materials list will be sent out prior to class.  Lunch is included.

July and or August, a second workshop will be held by Rosemary Pergolizzi at the Yates County Arts Center.  This workshop will focus on clouds and landscapes using oil or acrylics.   Dates and time will be available soon. 

October 1, Seth Apter will offer a Mixed Media Workshop at the Yates County Arts Center.  Details will be available soon.  Save the date!
